my knee was bothering me big time .. went light did all supersets mostly and some rest pause sets ..
 
im all done with this sizon stuff .. i rate it a 6.5/10 ... real disappointed man ... well i am gonna start neovar recomp in like a week or 2 .. im gonna do no supps except multi v protein and bcaas ... then hit the neo and rpm ... lets get bigggggggggggggggg
