I was at the vitamin shoppe and I decided to pick up a bottle of this stuff, it was only 20$, All I can tell u is at 5 pills, since I am over 200lbs, I had the best dam pumps I can remember, I liked it so much I have been tryin to find the ingredients online to buy in bulk. I also know that six star is iovate ( mt ) I know but it works.:bb:
