Man behind Six Pack Shortcuts

Hi George and Abe.

I watched the guy on YouTube and I think the guy's name is Mike Chang.

I got into his website (Training Tips:Mike Chang Can Get You Ripped) and read that this guy was already interested with workouts at the age of 10 years old. Pretty amazing huh?!:slomo:
 
Honestly your not going to gain mass like that doing burpees

More like spams it lol. I can't go anywhere on the internet without seeing Mike Chang. This doe not mean its good. Man I remember when his afterburner fuel came out. IT was like BOOM BOOM BOOM in my face all day! Plus its was super expensive and on a automatic renewal
