I STILL can't log-in or order from your site! Come on guys, you must be loosing a bunch of revenue by not having your site functional; it's getting very frustrating!

They're working on it all the time. It seems as one problem is fixed, another has manifested. It will take some time to sort it all out, but we're dedicated to making the site as complete and informative as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience in the matter, and we're working to fix the issue as soon as we can. :)
