Unanswered Sipping Alpha Yohimbine + Higenamine HCL during workout

I have always been doing this but not sure I have been thinking right.
As the halflife of Alpha Yohimbine and Higenamine HCL is so little (20-30min?)
Sipping during your workout should make it more effective?
Anyone else doing this way?

I tend to feel that’s just overthinking it.

Even if the half life is short it’s exerting it’s effect and then causes the downstream benefits of those actions we want. The short half life more so just makes it imperative to dose, ideally, prior to some form of training.

Good post. Pharmacokinetics aren’t necessarily the only thing to look at
