Just made a KILLER LOW fat/LOW Carb Pasta with Parmasean/Garlic sauce and red peppers last night that was out of this world. Add a grilled chicken breast on top - even yummier.

Will post recipe soon but these noodles are uber versatile and has virtually no carbs and ZERO fat!

That sounds very good actually im going to look into those noodles, i love pasta but im always worried about the carbs, calories, etc.
 
if im in a rush I just add garlic salt, butter and chicken breast to the noodles and it's soooo simple and good!
 
I tried THOSE type of noodles (Miracle brand) and found them to be much too "rubbery"

Just an FYI if you wish to upgrade your LOW carb pasta dishes :)


I actually have 2 recipes using miracle noodles on my site!
