Just discovered this lift. Can't believe I've never heard of it before. Here's a video of me performing it. Let me know if I"m doing anything wrong.

Hurt my back and had surgery years ago doing conventional deadlifts. Have always been afraid to try deadlifts again. This allows me to do deadlifts without putting all the stress on my lower back due to using much less weight.
 
Can't find it. But sure am happy to know there's some other gun nuts on here! I'm from PA but in va now. Go steelers!
And like the plasti-dip blade vid, nice.
