Ingredients
1 5oz can of Tuna
1 Egg
3 or 4 crackers(to crush into the mix)
Seasoning of choice(mine is lemmon pepper)
1 tsp olive oil(optional)
1. Drain tuna but leave some of the liquid about 2 tablespoons worth of juices, dump into mixing bowl with your crushed crackers and beaten egg, add 1 tsp olive oil and seasoning as desired.
2. Mix really well.
3. Patty it up and oil your pan and fry on medium heat till light brown on both sides and heated all the way through.
Now as I said before I don't like the taste of tuna but I just made some and its really good and 1 5oz can makes two medium sized patties with about 12 grams of protein in each. Pretty good snack or even part of a meal.
Let me know if u try it curious to hear about it. --89Flex
