Simple Calorie Chart

Where can I find a simple calorie chart?

You the ones with all the basic BB foods that has
fat , protein , carb and calorie values?

I found one or two huge online charts with hundreds of
foods and food variants!

I remember 2 or 3 years back Muscle and Fitness had a
pull out chart.

this would be nice to have to look up some foods I usualy dont eat !

check out calorieking.com, if I remember right they have a big selection, also they have restaurant info.
