So last week I somehow found a new way to wreck myself, ultimately caused a vertebrae to rotate slighty (between shoulder blades,) so now I have a pinched nerve root on my right side. It would hurt if anything caused those muscles around it to contract (coughing, breathing deep, rows,) so needless to say the workouts this week were pitiful. I fit right in with the Resolutionists :frustrate
Chiro twice last week to work on straightening it out but even trying to warmup (the bar,) on skwats this morning for a leg day and I was feeling a lot of pressure/pain on that nerve so I'm going to have to rethink how I train legs this evening. Probably just curls and extensions, maybe even throw in the adductors and abductors polish off being a giant mangina.

Queso chicken has been my weapon of choice: chicken, queso, rice, black beans, pico, salsa roja and the habanero salsa.
