Weigh in day today, after 10 days of keto busting balls ive put on nearly 3lbs lol.
Diet has been 101%, exercise has been 101% so im not sure where ive gone wrong, will drop the cals by another 300 this week.
It could be a number of things that contributed to the 3lbs gain in weight. When I first started I gain a few lbs, but could tell that I was losing fat, it was kinda odd tho because I lost the fat off the upper portion of my body first, like upper back, shoulders, chest, some from the legs as well. Finally after about 5-6 weeks I've been noticing much more fat is coming off the midsection, and I'm 2lbs below where I started! I started at 201, then after 2-3 weeks I was at 206 and I am now back to 198. The body is a wierd thing!
