Signs to start the SERM early during cycle

I have read and read till my brains have fell out! I'm doing 500mg a week for 12 weeks of Test-E. Anyone have any ideas of when to take SERM early, ie, puffy nipples, soreness, etc! Did my first injection this morn!
 
You probably should've done more thorough research before starting your cycle, especially if you don't know when you should begin taking a SERM.
