If you dose pre and post workout, that would work great. Some testers used it intra, and some used a scoop every time they ate. The dosing possibilities are endless; but take a scoop any time you're taking in healthy nutrients for best effect.

and anyone that didn't receive anything, try signing up through the main 1%er page again, we were having problems with our email server that should be resolved now

This is how crazy the 1%er deals are... you guys get product the same time us reps do! I'm curious to give them a shot.
