I've read everything and i cant seem to comprehend the dosage's i guess for post cycle therapy.I've also got all of the support Sup's( i know someone is gonna ask that)

week 1 superdrol 10mg
week 2 SD 20 mg
Week 3 SD 20mg

now for PCT i got some Toremifene 60ml and fenugeek.I was wondering how much Tore each day?
