Sick three days into cycle

I'm pretty sure I have a sinus infection three days into a cynostane/epistane cycle. Should stop right now and wait the infection out or just continue with the cycle? Thanks for your help.

Since u just started, might as well just wait it out. Start back up once it is gone. Either way you choose should be ok.
