Shutdown and recovery question

Does anyone know how long the average length of time it takes for an anabolic to cause significant shutdown and/or the length of time it takes to recover?

Obviously there are many factors that come in to play here, but there must be a general rule of thumb that can be applied.

The reason I ask is due considerations for steroid cycle lengths. For example: If a steroid takes 2 weeks to cause significant shutdown, and 1 week to recover it would hypothetically make sense to do cycles of 2 weeks on 1 week off.

no as it’s impossible to answer how fast AAS will shut you down and how fast you will recover

It’s hard to guess. My reply is from experience. Shutdown is shutdown to me. 4 weeks feels the same as 12 to me when it comes to recovery. 19nor steroids can be tougher to come back from

Take 250mg of testosterone enanthate once weekly and within 2-3wks your natural LH production at the pituitary would have stopped. I’m pretty sure that’s right anyway but Someone will probably tell me I’m wrong haha

It makes sense that the body's negative feedback response would kick in right away, but also that testicular atrophy would take a bit of time. So I guess the question would be better phrased as: How long into a cycle does testicular atrophy become significantly noticeable?

I started a cycle of dmz + hexadrone a week ago and there hasn't been any noticeable atrophy yet.
