Shrinking

Yup, HCG is really the only solution. If you're married and not interested in having children, then no, testicle size doesn't matter. If you're hooking up with a different girl every weekend, and enjoy being a playboy, then yes, testicle size matters and HCG should keep them full and normal looking.

But isn't there more to it than that? If your balls shrink significantly, it likely means your natural testosterone production has ceased. If that happens with medically prescribed TRT, I would wonder if the dosage is too high. In any case, if test production is permanently shut down, he will have to be on TRT the rest of his life.

Once you're on TRT it's supposed to be for life, any exogenous testosterone supplementation is going to partially/fully shut you down even at a low dose. Natural production can be restarted most of the time, but it will usually just be the low level the patient was at pre-trt. I'm sure there are certain things your testicles produce besides testosterone and sperm, things I would prefer to exist in my bloodstream instead of ceasing to exist.

As for looks, I guess it can be compared to a guy having a full head of hair or going bald. Some guys are ok with going bald, some not. I'm all about proportion when it comes to my body, clothes on or off. And my nuts are throwing off my proportion at the moment. In a few weeks I should know if this HCG is working or not.
