shrimp whole grain pasta

Just have a quick question..lately ive been making shrimp with whole grain pasta with green peppers with a lil reduced fat cheese...pretty tasty, just wondering if it really matters what sauce i use...lately its been ragu tomato basil...
 
the only bad thing I can think of is that the sauce contains a lot of sodium.. making it homemade isn't too difficult, I'd try that :)

that's a pretty good sauce recipe.. brown sugar is better to use than regular sugar though.
