Shredded Labs Hexadrone log(unsponsored)

I will start the start either monday or tues at the recommended doses I will post my diet and workout routine next along with other supps i will be using
 
here is my workout routine I will be doing cardio lss 3-4 times a wk 40 minutes plus 1/2 hour fasted cardio 2-3 days a week hiit cardio 2 a week

The 5 Day Power Muscle Burn Powerbuilding split:

Day 2 - Back and Traps
Day 3 - Quads and Calves
Day 4 - OFF
Day 5 - Shoulders and Biceps
Day 6 - Deadlift and Hamstrings
Day 7 - OFF

Nolva for the pct reduce xt or something similar with sum creatine and daa and I have no taurine can fishoil help
Im not even sure hexa will give back pumps, but even if it does I doubt itll be bad. Fish oil wont help (if you do get it), but its only around $12 so might aswell pick it up.

I'd run it 300 at least solo but that's just me. And for 6-8 weeks. I don't see 30 days doing to much.
 
I agree..Run it higher for 6 weeks or maybe 200 for 4 weeks and 300 last 2.

4 weeks you're only just starting to feel it with these mild compounds.
 
Hey man can you tell me what brand you're using? It's shredded labs right? Hope so because there were barely any logs on this

Edit: I read the title of the thread feel free to laugh at my dumbass lol
 
I really liked the cycle I ran with epi and hexadrone. It was 60-90 mg of epi and 200 mg of hex. Gained 15 lb lbm with it.

really didnt feel like working out been when I got 2 the gym I felt ready 2 go
and I dont know if its cuz im hitting my macros good but im noticing my arms and calves are more vascular than usually

It depends on why you are runnung the cycle. If you just want to log Hexadrone solo, stay with it. If you want to maximize your results, stack on Halo or Epi. Probably the reason there are so many logs of Halo and Epi around is because they are effective compounds. Hexadrone is optimal when stacked with a stronger compound. I betcha 10 bucks if you run this all the way thru with just Hexa and/or add Stano: your final conclusion at the end of log will be "Next time I should run this stacked with a stronger Methyl compound for best results."

I was goin do a epi cycle solo but 2 motnhs ago had a full physical nd my liver ezymes where slightly high so me running even a mild methyl was not the best decision

I had a feeling of well being 2day maybe its placebo effect i doubt a non methyl kicks in this fast im only a week in
 
Hey if you aren't experiencing results at 2 weeks you might wanna up the dose to either 300 mg or 400 mg. 200 mg is usually sufficient when you're stacking but you're using this solo. So if at 2 weeks you aren't having side effects increase the dose if you feel comfortable doing so

If you got the same benefits from a non methyl, why would you run a methyl?
You gotta pay for those extra gains man.
Also i wouldn't be surprised if hex didn't kick in till later in week 2 or early week 3...
