Initial impression for Fat Smack: Feels pretty stim heavy and had me sweating like a stuck pig. Great focus and energy. Took on an empty stomach, as I do with all of my supps. Impressed so far.

Another quality company, I know most of my friends are into them and I'm currently running Recycle Test Booster, 8 pills a day. Supps just hit people differently, good thing you bought it and it's working!

Well, I didn't actually buy it. Grambo was kind enough to hook me up. I've heard great things about purus and this is the first product from them that I have tried so we'll see how it goes.
 
I have been using synedrex from metabolic nutrition and boy do I love it. U have to really like powerful stims though one pill and ur cracked out with energy and it suppressed appetite well. Usually I'm a pot of coffee a day kind of guy just to function but if I take synedrex I only drink one cup otherwise its too much I think I might switch to decaff because I just really like the taste.

Active rest day.

20min HIIT, 2.5mi at varying speeds. HR 110-175. I try to get HR down. To 120-130 during rest periods and up to 175 during on times. Doesn't always work out that way...
Ab work after HIIT.
Day 3 on Fat Smack and I gotta say this stuff is good. I'm sweating a lot more than normal so that's a good sign. No issues sleeping and appetite suppression is on point. No GI issues to report, and I take it empty in the mornings. Not using a PWO and it's doing a good job taking my normal PWO's place.

Thanks bud. The 6 ways are tough and make for a great finisher. I would have finished with them, but the press machine became available right when I got done with them and I wanted some of those reverse presses in my life.

Yeah, I always do them at the end of my workout. They get pretty challenging towards the end of each set. Glad the reverse presses are working out. They're starting to catch on at my gym.

Breezy the trendsetter. That squeeze at the top really hits the traps. It's nice. I try to pause for 2 seconds.

The guy was a monster (probably a lean 240lbs), so it was cool that he approved lol. I take the same approach.

I took this weekend off too brother. New work schedual has me out of sorts. Gym tomorrow though. Might cut the deload short since it will be basicly foour days off.
