I'm expecting a side effect free mild PH gain but still very curious how I'll respond.

Initial disolve & taste:

Forerunner: takes a while to dissolve (I don't mind this) but I did have to finally chew it into small bits at the end. A little strong on the mint flavoring, mouthwash like.


AMS -far superior disolve aspect, the effervescence was nice, reminded me of pop rocks. flavor was also mild and easily tolerable.

Coincidense ? after the DecaSARM dose I was starving.

Work Outs
Mon. (pre shred stack) warm up, flat bench, DB flys, 15 min eliptical.
Wed. 12 min AB circuirt followed by the 30 min whole body circuirt and ended with 12 min on the eliptical.
Thurs. 10 min AB's, dedicated calves (focusing on the lagging body parts) 20 min on eliptical.


It is readily apparent that my right calf is dominate since I can move almost twice as much weight with it alone.

Going away for the long weekend and starting early by leaving tonight. Won't have any updates till next week. Just noticed i forgot to mention in my stats my age: 47. Also, scale at home has a simple (not sure how accurate) BF% measurement feature using bare feet.

weight at work w/ cloths 195 lbs
weight in morning (no cloths) 192 lbs, BF% 26

My macro's last week (pre stack) averaged M-F
calories 2485.4
carbs 226
fat 126.6
protein 103.2

LOL I am becoming addicted to that flavor of 5-alpha test, on a cut its a life saver :D

Try not to chew it up if possible. Instead bite it in half once at the beginning and then hold under the tongue. That should help it dissolve faster. Also, swishing it around every now and again instead of just holding it in one spot will help as well.

Ok thanks for the info guys !

back from long weekend. Diet took a blow as I ate everything in sight, uh.

I did not over indulge at all and stayed casual having a few beers only.

Quite impressed this morning as the weights did not have that heavy feeling and went up surprisingly easy.

One of the good things about logging is it keeps one honest (and straight)

8/27 start

9/9 Day 14. Which is the half way point of this 30 day cycle.
CLIFFS: The 5 Alpha and DecaSARM combo has made a noticeable difference without any adverse side effects.

Last week notes – Mon was holiday. Made it to gym Tue thru Fri.
Workouts consist of stretching 5 min. Cardio 15-20 min, circuit weights 10 stations takes about 20 min, this is non stop so the heart rate stays up. It is also high rep endurance type training. I’m not trying to bulk. I may complete a station, which is timed for 60 sec, then double the weight and bang out 5 more reps.

I’m 2 weeks in and the cycle is going just great for me. The contribution from the supplements is subtle but impressive. Admittedly I was skeptical however the products have produced desirable effects. No more drained feeling and the typical afternoon tiredness has gone away. Sleeping is fine, no problems or change in usual pattern. Sexual desire has also stayed the same and at times has increased. Aggression is manageable. My hair cuts have used clippers with a size 1 guard so you’ll understand hair loss for me is not a concern but I can say I have not noticed any shedding.

5-alpha on the drive to gym
60 min at gym
Shake - dymatize iso
coffee - K-cup + cream and sugar
Eggs. my work has its own cafe.

Tue: 9/10 OFF day.

Wed: 15 min eliptical at high setting = HIIT kinda took my breath away, reminded me of doing sprints.

Hack squat:
1 - 10 - 90lbs (2 x 45 plate, or one on each side)
1- 10 - 180lbs
1 - 10 - 270 (3 45 plates each side)

Leg extention:
1 - 10 - 130lbs (3 sets)

Calves:
1- 10 - 110 (3 sets) felt a little wobbely on my feet after.

I broke away from my typical whole body circuirt cycle to push some more weight. Waiting to find out how the ole' body is gonna handel this abuse tomorrow morning.

30 min eliptical trainer
15 min circuit weights

Consistency is what I'm going for.

DecaSARM & 5-Alpha are a good combo.

I am strill trying to break out of my mold - being a tall skinny guy with a big belly.

If I suck it in and flex / tighten my abs everything appears great. When I'm at rest it looks like I'm in my trimester : - (

Another great workout !! thought I would have been run dowm but still G2G. Energy has been great, No adverse sides to mention.

Still at 3 tabs 5-alpha spread out & 2 tabs DecaSARM.

Fall season is here and its time for the seasonal beer's (pumpkin & Octoberfest) and Fair's with all the fair food, fryed dough, fries w/ vinager, italian sasuage w/ peppers &onions, turkey drumsticks, ahh so good.

Keeping the pace up today - 15 min HIIT on bike followed by the circuit non stop. heart rate was way up and broke a good sweat. Feelin energized.

9/17 & 9/18 same work out - Endurance remains strong

Elliptical trainer: 15 min at #11 (2 bars), 5 min at #16 (3 bars), 5 min at #11 (2 bars) + 5 min cool down at 1 bar= total 30 min

Hey man. Glad you're having good results with the stack. I am liking it as well. Im starting to see more muscle separation. Do you feel a bit of energy from the 5 alpha?

5 Alpha = energy + libido, yes very much.

I used to have the mid afternoon sleepies but not anymore

9/20, 9/23 & 9/24 (Fri, Mon, Tue)

Friday hit it hard. 25 min on bike. 3 sets of dead lifts and 2 on the hack squat machine. workout partner was abscent so I changed up the routine. Energy was good and felt strong. The next day I worked out the stiffness by walking around alot on Sat. Weekend was a blur.

Mon. back at it but lightly. Cardio for 30 and abs for 15.
Tue. back to reg routine but still no partner, cardio 25-30 mion, circuit weights 15 min (blasted through) high reps, 20ish, lower weight about 75% of max. 12 min abs.


It appears this is my last week of these supp's, AMS DecaSARM & Forerunner 5-Alpha, and I'm not happy its coming to an end.

So my company threw an employee appreciation day and gave everyone a free meal - steaktips, chicken wings, salads of all kinds, pulled pork, every type of dessert, drinks...so there are 2 locations so of course I attended both, today being the second. phew i am stuffed ! why mention all that, simple, because prior to my two day gorge fest I felt hardened and tight ! I actually still do but now with a huge belly full of food.

This is the end of my supply, I'm finished with both bottels 1. 5-Alpha and 1. DecaSARM, it was an enjoyable run to say the least.

I like to provide a cost vs result ratio and this cobo wins !

I ran as directed per label - I've read where people "double dose" striving to get more out of the product or their run, however, for me this was excellent at recommended dosing.

Zero sides.
Improved stamina/endurance.
Hardening effects proven.

I can say this combo was similar in many ways but outperformed a "unique" chem I've experimented with in the past.

now onto the arom-x.
