Anyone have any direct feedback on this test? I would love to hear more. Part of me really wants this to be true, but the other part of me has a hard time believing we can narrow it down to ONE factor, as this is rarely the case (esp with something as complex as fatigue).

If we look at the nervous system, HRV (heart rate variability) will give us a pretty good gauge of it.
