I am doing my first show in a week and I am concerned about my belly looking tight enough... trainer says when the water is out all will look good but I am still worried ... already planning on dandelion root and Mucinex for getting the water off and have seen a post about Preparation H and Saran Wrap helping to tighten everything ... who does what when prepping for a show??
