I just want to give a quick shout out to the awesome customer service from Nutriverse. I knew from past experiences with them that they were great to deal with and very helpful but they went and 1 upped themselves.
I was taking advantage of their Halloween discount sale and by the time I figured out everything I wanted it was the last day of the sale. The sale ended on 11-8 at Midnight. It was around 8 PM when I was about to checkout and I noticed I was no longer getting the sale. I tried a few things like logging out, re-adding the items, clearing cookies, etc but it wouldn't work. I emailed their customer support and they responded within an hour and said to send them a screenshot of my cart and they would invoice me privately. I did and the next day they had everything ready to go and even threw in an extra 5% off one of the brands.
I don't know exactly what happened, maybe the website ended the sale early somehow or something, but they went ahead and handled it for me. They will continue to be one of my go to places for supplements. I just thought they deserved the recognition so I made this post.
