Shoulders needs help

Hi every1, my wicked part are my shoulders wanted round and good simetry on them been doing
Shoulders press machine(narrow&wide)
Arnold Press
Smith Machine
DB Lateral Raise
Single Arm DB Lateral Raise
Cable Lateral Raise
Bent-Over Lateral Raise
UpRight Row ( narrow&wide)
Pec-Deck
And like to finish with
Clean & Jerks
Any suggestions, Iam doing something wrong, what should i need to do ?

Not sure if it will help for you, but so far helping me. My medial delts suck something fierce. 3 shoudler workouts ago. I started off my shoulder routine with 3-4 sets of leaning cable side laterals with 10#'s max reps. talking 20-30 reps each set. When I looked in the mirror I notice alot of change within the last 2-3 weeks. hope this helps
