Shoulder/trap tension preventing pec activation

I lift furniture all day at my job and it causes my shoulders and traps to get tense and makes my posture wrong..I stretch them and everything else I can think of but I think they're keeping my chest from fully contracting..any suggestions??
 
YTW exercises, and exercises to strengthen the scapular area
You can do this below with a couple 2 pound plates in hand as well, making sure the traps are always engaged (not in a shrug position though, but scapular pulled back, not up)
