Does anyone know if shoulder stabilizer exercises add any size to shoulders?
I know they're generally strengthened to make a stronger/healthier shoulder, but if they don't add any size i woulkdn't do them.
I don't lift heavy at all and use rep ranges 8-20 so as far as injury i see no need to do them. As i understand theyre more beneficial to oly/power lifting because of the heavy weights.
