Should you alternate injection sites?

Can I inject the same delt all the time, or should I alternate between them and maybe go for quads and glutes as well?

Depends on how many times you needto pin. Wouldn't recommend the same site any more than once in a week. If more than 1x a week rotate

even at once a week pinning the exact muscle belly is going to suck from how much that spot is going to hurt. not to mention the fact that it could increase the chance for an abscess.
