Yes, if you're taking 30mg/day i would try to spread it out taking 10mg every 6-8 hours if possible. This helps to maintain stable levels in the body for maximum effect.

Yes when i did Havoc when at 30mg i took 1 cap 3 times a day
when i did 40mg i did 20mg pre wo and the 1 cap 2 more times during the day. I had a great cycle with it and if you do it right i am sure you will to it is a awesome product good luck bro:thumbsup:
