Should I up my calories?

I'm currently doing a lean bulk. It appears to be working ok as of now but have not checked weight in a while I've just been doing the mirror test. I take in 2800 cals with 63 g fat, 320 g carbs, and 240 g protein. As of late the amount of work I have to do is messing with my recovery. I'm currently only using post workout shakes, vitamin, and I'm trying out the saa's. (as far as recovery they dont do it quite like bcaas). To help with recovery I've been thinking about 200 more cals a day. Good idea or no?

I'm doing 2800 kCals too and I'm tiny lol...I got it at 190 prot 70-75 fats and around 380-400g carbs...Up them dude , you are bigger , you should be at least at 3100-3200, get more carbs and fat in , at your size you don't need more than 200-210g of prot.

stats?

I would be at least at 100g of fat
I'm 5'10" 163 at about 10% bf.
I usually don't have recovery issues but this infantry sh*t along with my after work workouts is getting hard on the body.
As of late I've been trying to do a higher carb load for my energy. Although at this point it would probably be worth giving higher fat a shot to see if that could help.

Maybe. I just set my protein at 1.5g per pound of bw. Just to make sure I have enough :D

You are getting enough , but remember , try to shoot for .5g of fat per pound of BW for optimal bulking , and don't be afraid to have 400+g of carbs haha I've been doing so , no fat , all gains and loving it!

Thats what I'll do. I'll keep protein around the same. maybe a little lower but I'll bump fat and carbs for 3100 total calories and see if that helps. I'll just have to keep track of that mirror test ;) thanks for all the help!

New plan is to go for 90g fat, 360g carbs, and 210 g Protein for a total of 3100 calories. Will see how I feel with this amount and will adjust depending on how the body feels and performs. I appreciate your help Celorza!
