Hello,

I am about 6 weeks into a cutting phase and have lost around 8lbs and i am now sitting around 185lbs. I track calories and i am in a caloric deficit, and have now introduced havoc and winabol for the next 5 weeks of my cut. What i am wondering is will my weight continue to decrease? or will the muscle gain of havoc/winabol balance out with the fat loss so will my weight remain stable/maybe increase a little? Dont know if i am being too obsessive with scale weights!

Well the scale can play mind games with you . In my opinion yeah the scale to a degree can mark progress but the real decider is how you see yourself in the mirror . Just keep to diet and training and the rest will fall in place .

Yeah thats what i thought, just going to check in maybe 2/3 times a week on the scale to make sure everything is going to plan. Suppose a lot of things effect morning weigh ins like last meal timing and sleep quality etc. Thanks man!

I weigh in once every week. I think 2-3 times a week may be detrimental. Especially if you're focused on the scale and it's not moving. It can hamper you mentally. Like stated above, the real test is if you're happy with how you look and your progress.

I usually always recomp on cycles where my cals. are at a slight deficit. I have to go very low to actually lose weight.

I don't even have a scale at my house just because I don't want to have the scale tell me my results. I like visually seeing my results so don't pay attention to the scale in my opinion.
