2 days in on my 25 mg var added to my trt and bloods came back. Everything looks fine minus my cbc. I attached below. Not sure if I should donate due to my ferritin from previous donations or just ride it out. I'm gonna up my cardio and water intake and also taking a bunch of support supps.

It's a personal opinion at this point, you can find Dr on both sides of the fence. If mine is under 56 I'm not worried, I'm also very cardio fit tho. The last Dr. I used wasn't concerned much about a 54 (I think, it's been a minute I don't remember the exact number but it was 54 or 55 and because I'm cardio fit and BP and everything else was fine he said he wanted to keep a eye on it but as long as it stays under 56 he was fine with it.

(I honestly haven't checked mine in the past year)

On the flip side, you will find people who have a meltdown if it goes over 52 and they'll tell you you're going to drop dead.

With EQ being the main drug of choice for many people the past year due to the masteron and Primo shortage, 56-60 have been popping up on lots of people's bloods. If you get to that range I'd definitely donate!

Good advice! I'll add that when mine got high I also felt it. Foggy thinking, high BP, reddening in chest and face , overall lethargy. If you start feeling any of that is get it retested ASAP.
