Should i cut?

Hello everyone! So ive been working out for couple years now, mostly on & off bit been consistent the past year. Ive only ever bulked, never thought of cutting til recently...
Im 6' 1" 185lb's 18% bodyfat.
Would it make more sence to bulk til im closer to say 200-220lb's, then to cut to say 10% bodyfat? I feel it would be a waste of my time to cut now.... Any opinions would help, as i have been contemplating cutting for over a month now...

Depends on many factors. You going all natty or going to use gear?
How old are you?
Working out for 2 years is poop. Workout for 5 years all natural (protein, creatine, fish oil, multivitamin) and stick to it. You can do a cut and then bulk up or you could bulk up and then cut and risk losing some gains. I always did a cut, got real slim then bulked up. I'm lucky to have a fast metabolism so I can cut then bulk up and then cut the weight and still keep my mass.

Sorry, ment working out for 5 years....i would like to take a test & dbol cycle if i continue to bulk.
I would like to do my cycle and then cut, but afew of my buddies are telling me to cut first...

I take all the vitamins you mentioned, i eat very healthy...all home cooked meals, eat out twice a month if that. Workout atleast 6 days a week, about 15 minutes cardio a day.

I've heard it both ways.

Build muscle mass now and then focus on the cut, and lean out now and build muscle on a leaner body.

Just depends on your preference for the most part

I would suggest bulking to put some more muscle on your frame first. If you're only 185 at 18%, you won't have much to cut down to. If your body fat estimate is close, you'd be about 165 at 10%. I'd give yourself some more time to grow

Thanks for your replies guys!! I hate having a small gut lol...but i know in the long run it would be better to gain more muscle & some more bodyfat & then to cut :)

More muscle mass = higher base metabolism, plus your appearance will be more improved if you have more of a solid base of muscle to cut into.
