Should I be using NA-R-ALA?

i just started taking NA-R-ALA a few days ago. im currently bulking and from what i've researched it helps with minimizing fat gains (and maybe slightly more muscle gains?) so thats why im taking it. but now i see some people saying its not what i want to be taking while bulking? im kinda confused now

putting the anti oxidant effects aside, do i want to be taking NA-R-ALA or is there not much point for me to take it?
 
You can take it and it would be beneficial before very large carb meals (think pre-workout) here. NA-R-ALA is sometimes used in GDA (Glucose Disposal Agents) think Glycobol for a second here to aid with shuttling nutrients
 
I don't see why not... Na-R-Ala isn't something that's going to make or break your bulk

As said above it's awesome for some food pumps/fullness when taking pre high carb meal

I'd go 300mg before your first big carb meal of the day
