Hello all I started my 12 week cut last Thursday I'm already using T3 and Clen and was wondering if it would be worth it to add in gw for say the last month. Any thoughts or opinions?
Personally I’ve never seen much in the way of fat loss from gw. Certainly not in the same way I did from clen anyway.....(never tried t3 so don’t know how that compares)
It will allow you to run like horse, high intensity traing will be joke on it, that is the only way it can realy help you lose fat. But I think clen and t3 should be more than enough
