I dont know if anyone has been tracking SHOT's surgery over at BB.com, but hes having hernia surgery, its over now and he's in the recovery stage....And I and Im sure the rest of you wish him a speedy recovery.....

Shot bro, stop looking for pity. I have had 2 hernia surgeries..I have more screen over my abs than most screen doors do. Now get out of the hospital, and get back in the gym.
