Nah I haven't started. Tbh I've been hearing some horror stories about bunk epi that's kinda freaked me out. You should pm me what brand you got and where you picked it up at. Glad to hear your headaches subsided, feelin any other bad sides? Sick log btw brah
 
no other bad sides at all man but i just started the epi like 8days ago so well see here in the next week or two whatsup. Macros for yesterday were 3156 cals 82g fat 216g protein 390g carbs. It was day 23 today and legs and traps. Nothing new to really note not gunna put my exercise in today bc i dint have much time but i killed the legs, still workin on my form for deads. ill update macros later

Nothing really to note no sides at all except dull headaches here and there but when i get them i just start slammin more water and they subside. The plan is ill dose this up until pct slowly weening my self to 6.25 by pct. And then ill go ahead and do my normal pct. if anyone thinks different lemme know

Yeah definatley glad I went with the stano. I waa gunna do epi solo but I heard the lethargy is bad and I havent had one sign of that. energy is way up

Nice, I hate to be the one to ask but any update pics, I'm so freaking excited I just came off pct 2 weeks ago from a epi solo run at 30 for 4 weeks. Small and effective and I expirienced almost no sides so I'm gonna go 8 weeks epi/stano now that I know what supports and crap are really needed. I plan on a pre load of MT and HB. And on cycle I plan on epi,stano,orange triad (love this stuff), fish oil, liv. 52 (another must), cycle assist, and if I forgot anything ill remember its a while b4 I start. Pct will be torem,daa,erase,activate extreme,creatine etc...

Pct went great, you'll enjoy not having to pop as many pills all day long. It was my first cycle and I was nervous to use a serm from reading horror stories but torem was a great choice I plan on using it again for this upcoming cycle. Im just taking erase now to prevent any rebounds. Advice on ur serm if its liquid then try not to take it alone. Take a swig of a protein shake or milk or juice and KEEP it IN ur mouth THEN squirt in RC Chem and don't breathe just swallow and wash it down.

Yeah I am lookin foward to pct bc of that reason ha im takin like 40 pills a day.. And good tip on the serm I heard it taste like straight crap. How far into pct are you? And overall how many lbs did you go up and how much did your squat bench and deads go up? Sorry for all the questions homie just like to hear reviews and feedback

I ATE those 4 weeks more then ever went from like 160 to 178 it was nuts. In pct I leaned out a bit I'm at like 173 now leaner. Almost all major lifts I gained 15-25 lbs. not gonna lie I dropped the ball towards the end and in pct because of lethargy and Dropping cals. But I'd still say I kept at least half the gains I made i was happy for my first cycle, i almost ordered test e. but decided to go with a ph cycle once more before i hit the aas Now I'm gonna do a 8 weeker go up to 40-50 on epi and run stano for the lethargy.

Wow man you responded great to the epi! I would be damn proud of a 13lb gain after pct. Im only up 4 lbs and im comin on to week 4,i guess I should prolly up my cals. The epi is cuttin me up more wich I didnt really want but oh well. My next cycle is going to be test e with dbol as my kicker for sure

Wow man I see a big difference in ur chest and arms. I think it was the massive amounts of food I was eating, I was aiming to bulk up with epi and cut after. Some of that weight was water weight and fat and what not. Yeah test e dbol is my ideal aas run but I think b4 that ill run test e solo.

I prolly wont be able to hit the gym till sunday I might hit some cardio today but if not no biggie. Got my inhibit p today so ill prolly start dosing that at 2 caps a day until im done with pct
 
Hey yall I know its been a minute since I updated but ive.been super busy since I moved. Not much really new to note im gunna bump the stano to 900 and the epi is still at 56. Im up about 5 lbs and got one more week left ill get back to the daily log
