Not to start an argument or anything, Nolva should be enough as far as SERM goes. But adding Clomid wouldn't hurt I guess. How high were you dosing Epi? I running 30mg week3 of 4 with moderate gains and light sides.
Also, one thing to keep in mind, try different blood pressure monitors and remeasure again in about 3-5 min, to see if your measurement consistent.

I would agree, wouldn't hurt, but the nolva will suffice. I also agree the op should go get bp readings again. Im hitting week 3 of epi and have been at 40mg since week two. When my bp started to climb I cut out stims and added some extra Hawthorne berry. No problem since. I will run for another 3 weeks, climbing up to 50mg, possibily 60mg and will be adding gw505156 at week 4. I will be running nolva as my only serm.
 
30mg shouldn't give you that much trouble as far as sides. If your bp is above 150 consistently, I'd check with a doctor.

Like I mentioned before, take it. Then wait for about 3-5 min and measure it again. See what shows.
 
Well at this point, if you think I have been given some bull advice, I am going to switch some things up. What do you recommend to lower bp? Does potassium help at all?

do you think it would be safe to continue my cycle with such high bp? And I thought some of the advice I was getting was bs. I researched this sht for days before touching it and I knew that was overkill. I am just going to save my clomid for later
 
You could try nitrates to lower your blood pressure. Ideally you should probably consult a doctor. Obviously they won't recommend you continue with the cycle, but any ethical doctor should still try to help you stay healthy as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah that's true. No one in my family has a history of hard attacks. And I'm going tomorrow morning to get it checked, if it is really high again I will debate whether or not to continue, I have also heard that cardio can help lower blood pressure is this true? I haven't been doing any at all recently.

Op, are you sure you took your bp correct? You should have a nurse check it, or someone who properly knows how to take it.

It doesn't make sense for the diastolic to be so normal (for on cycle) an the systolic to be so much higher.

If it was me, an I had high bp, I'd continue the cycle, I'd make sure I'm using c.e.l. cycle assist, an toss in some Cialis.

It will drop your bp while giving you the best wood for getting it on.
 
And you only need nolva if even.

But it'll give you a nice test boost as well.

Purity solutions? I wouldn't recommend them. You may or may not get a bunk batch.
 
But judging from your original post, you are not a healthy adult male, and most likely have some pre existing (known or unknown) medical conditions that should be checked up by a doctor.

I don't know what else to tell you though, it sounds like steroids are not for you.

the epi could of awakened something you didn't know about, or it's all a big scare in your head, and you just took your bp on a machine most likey used like a cheap hooker an a Friday night, and with a cuff too small for your arm without sitting there relaxing for at least 10min.
 
Haha. I laughed. cause that is exactly what I did. I didn't rest at all I just ran in there sat down on the machine and got it taken once.

Guess I'll just hope for the best, so.

The vast majority of reviews I've seen have been positive though, particularly for things like SERMS. Also I was generally happy with my experience with them... Will just have to wait and see as to the actual product quality.
 
Haha, well I have good news. I went to kaiser and had the nurse take my bp three times. First time 148/75. Second time 143/77 and third time 148/80. This is much better than 172/65. And the machines in stores state that your arm should be between 9 and 13 inches. My 17 and a half arms were a little to big. Lol

148/80 is still borderline stage one high blood pressure
you're right on the edge of this being dangerous, especially in the long term
this is not good news at all, basically you cleaned the crap off your fan but there are still stains all up the wall, hopefully you make the right decision here

That sounds more manageable. Look into nitrates, or cialis/Viagra
 
I don't understand why you'd need clomid for two weeks of low dosed epi. Nolva would be perfect. I actually had to stop a pct a week early because of my clomid sides. Never using clomid again. I had a constant migraine around the frontal lobe and optical nerve. Never had a problem with nolva tho. I was actually running purity solutions clomid too. Their clen is good too.

Doesn't Hawthorne berry extract help high BP?

I heard that it does with long term use at 1000mg. I use it, can't really tell.

Haha very funny. Im not dead!! I stopped my cycle btw and I started some nolva. In the 2 and a half weeks I was on epistane I gained 10lbs. Now I thought I was bloating, but my bp is back to normal and i am eating a moderate amount of carbs and i havent lost any weight yet.
 
Hey do you guys know where I can get some legit anastrozole and clomiphene. I looked on elite peptides but it looks like they dont sell serms.

Doctors can help here.
Discontinuation should be considered.
If you want, I have ALOT of OTC remedies for this too. And Hawthorne berries are not one of them.

Think I'll be drawing the line here too. I checked it on a machine, so I'll get it checked again in the morning before deciding if I'll take my daily dose. For now, I just took some citrulline malate which arrived today.

What do you think could help? All I've been taking up to now is CoQ10, Animal Flex, and a vitamin/electrolyte supplement.

Cialis RC variety
Niacin(I prefer NADH)
Potassium nitrate
Water (twice what you're drinking)
Baby aspirin
Beta blockers(odds are your PCP has samples too) Bystolic is my favorite
These are the most bang for your buck.
I have not tried only potassium nitrate but it looks good.

I actually tried to get potassium nitrate but unfortunately it's impossible here. NutraPlanet will send it to Ireland, but the shipping is ridiculous. :\ Went with citrulline instead. I have some prescription viagra (may be expired), maybe about five or six 100mg pills. Thing is, with the headaches it gives me I'm not sure I'd want to be using it for the rest of the cycle. Anyway, I'll check it again tomorrow and if it's not quite so high I'll continue and look into your suggestions. Thanks.

It gives headaches cause your dosing too high.

Try splitting the pills into 3rds or halfs.
