Shipping problem

Ups just tried to deliver an empty envelope (cardboard) with an invoice…. Without my methyl Dx3.

The thing was torn wide open and the guy tried to have me sign for it like an ass.

He told me he was sending it back with a note of contents missing.

Can you guys reship this?

My first order was shipped in a box and arrived no prob.

The envelope looked like it had been ran over or something.
