Shipping Info

I just made an order with IBE yesterday through their website. Since I made it Express Shipping, I'm concerned about the address it's being sent to. I've indicated my "billing" address and my "shipping" address, but on the reciept it shows the package is going to my billing address, which I dont want.

What is the best method to fix this problem? I figure I'd give them a day after ordering and give them a call or something.

Wow. Same exact thing happened to me. Hopefully this indicates that there is just a glitch in the transfer of info from the order form to the auto-receipt. I've left IBE at message, but haven't heard back yet. I'd also like to try to upgrade to express shipping rather than regular priority.

according to ibe, this is normal. same thing happened to me when i ordered in december. haven't received my package yet (shipped on the 29th!) so i can't really confirm what i was told.
