Yes i have used it 2 times before solo and im running it now at the moment 500mg primavie gives me a good increase in libido and stronger erections similar to tongkat.

500mg per day of Primavie always seems to give me a slight boost in the gym, I tend to sleep better, and I don’t have actual blood work but morning wood and libido seem improved as well.

Do any of y’all worry about heavy metal toxicity with it? Jarrow has a warning right on it about that.

While I have no comment on Natreon making special batches of PrimaVie for Nootropics Depot, PrimaVie in general should have very low levels of heavy metals.

@aaronuconn I agree with you on all of those brands. Those and Solgar have been very solid for me over the years.

Usually a week (7-10 days). It has been a while since I have added it in isolation, but still seem to notice it around this timeframe when used with something else as well.

Jarrow or SNS are good choices. Probably 30-60 minutes before bed. For me, it doesn’t help much with sleep onset, but really helps sleep depth

Well, already stopped. Just like everything else, it took 2 days and I already started breaking out on my forehead. Anything like ashwaghanda, rhodiola, tongkat or any other "adaptogen" gives me all kinds of side effects. Apparently this does as well.

At 37, it just doesn't look right lol.

Also, it's a symptom of many other things as well.
