hell yeah it is...I have my last bodyfat test for this cutting cycle on tuesday...then I'm gonna make a buttload of it...

I made a lot.
1lb of 93% ground beef
1lb of ground pork
4 big russets potato
2 cans of cream corn
1 can of French cut green beans
1 can of crushed tomato

cook beef and pork
cook potato
put beef and pork on the bottom of a big deep pan
throw all fruit and veg on top
throw the mashed potato on top of the veg and fruit
cook in the oven on 350 on covered until the potato are golden brown.
and enjoy

ahh gotcha...I use normal canned corn....I'll have to give it a go with creamed corn...

civilization is crumbling. all the people wanna see now are nice bodies, and all they wanna hear is harsh words (reality shows).
