LOL Somewhat but he kinda turned into a douche toward the end there I think, didn't catch the last two seasons, but I always see that picture and automatically picture that's whos talking on here and it makes sense, ph's/aas and he dealt with chemicals and so fourth haha

You know it man! I weighed my self after eating my moms cooking for a couple of days and I bounced up to 217. On Trest and DMZ Ill be shooting for 227

Time for some old school power lifting fun... Gonna do some heavy ass squats with knee wraps on... I'll get a video. But I should be pushing over 425 on squat...


Don't worry, I have been a trained powerlifter. I know how to properly wrap my knees and squat.

ph'S are usually good long after their expatriation date. I mean as long as they havent been sitting in direct sunlight for months on end cooking.

Dang. You already left me in the dust. I'm still floating around 200. With 5 weeks left you can probably expect to put on another 7 at least, huh? With hardening and extra definition included.

Seated pull down:
5 sets of 15. 180lbs


One arm rows.
100lbs for 12 each arm. 5 sets
 
Quad shot laying on the couch. Hairy ass
Legs Hahahaha. But cuts definitely more pronounced. Way better than they use to be

Towards the end of my osta run I was never feeling it in the gym. It started out with just one bad day every here and there but then it turned into every workout. Kiss the performance on my powercleans goodbye although the strength was there. I think I was experiencing lethargy due to some mild shutdown. I'm not sure if you may be feeling the same thing. Should Trest combat that? Like isn't Trest your test base? That's the whole point of having a test base, to combat lethargy and what not.

It wasn't that I was feeling lethargy it was just that I was really pissed off i forgot my wrist wraps because I wanted to max out. So I just did light weight deads.
You know what I mean, like when you go for a PR and fail it kind of ruins your lift day?

Oh yeah I get what your saying now. You forgot your straps? Or you forgot to wrap your wrists? I need to start wrapping my wrists because I got a slight tendon injury near my outer wrist knuckle. The only lifting accessory I really use is straps. Wish I had chalk.
 
I need to tape my wrists when going heavy especially when doing OLYMPic lifts and bench... And i didn't have and tape left and i left my wrist straps at home
 
I love the guitar hero controllers.... At least he is demonstrating proper gun safety and doesn't have his finger on the trigger hahahaha
