Shazeezee runs DMZee + EPI and trest

Yeah guys decided to do like a good mini blast and cruise with five week pct bridge from one cycle to the next.
Passed my physical for work and had Normal liver values and lipids going in the bridge.

But yeah I'm about to order another bottle of epi!

Things are looking good about 1.5 weeks into this... Look good, feel good.

Trest and even 50mg curved all lethargy and made me feel like the man. I bet the real gains start 75-100..and I just upped the DMZ to 60 mg

Great looking idea!

BTW, if 50mg dermatrest works for you combating the sides, run anything above in oral form pre-workout. You'll still get the water retention and wet gains, plus your workouts will be absolutely unreal.

Next time you update. tell us of size or strength gains thus far.

By the way I think I'm going to copy this cycle for my PH cycle. Except use androgel instead of tr3st. (finally got a hold of some androgel)
 
Alright today was. Chest and biceps. No stims but TREST had me really pumped and angry..

Bench.
225x15 PR
275x6 PR
305x 3
315x 2
225x11
(Pretty burnt out before I got heavy)

Incline
205x 10 for 5 sets. PR endurance wise

Decline
225x10 for 4 sets

Parallel grip incline.
165 x 12 for 4sets

Bicep dbell curls superset with incline flies
Curls. Started at 50s for 10 each arm PR Then dropped 5 lbs each set
40lbs each arm on the flies for 15
5 sets

Reverse curls and pec deck
60lbs on the reverse
150 on the flies
For 4 sets



Good lift, was kind of burnt out by the end. But definitely starting to get the "on cycle" feel. Vascularity is increasing

Uhm it's been going well. Since I added trest my sleep has been a lot better actually. I feel really good when I wake up. I have been switching up my routine biweekly so it's hard to say. But I have been consistently gaining each lift
 
Strong benching man, I just started my cycle... After my product came in I couldn't resist, looking forward to the "on" feeling

I really want to ask someone to videotape me in the gym while I lift. But I don't do it for fear of being stared at or making someone else uncomfortable. But I love benching 315. That's like the threshold where the bar starts bending under the weight. (IN YOUR HANDS)!

maybe if you have the means to do it we could get a bench press video. And whatever happened to the pic you were gonna post on a pump?

Just get a plate put it next to the bench prop ur phone up and do your set alot of people do it at my gym to check their form
 
This morning i took 40mg of DMZ. 15mg of epistane and 25mg of tr3st


Pre workout will be arginine and 50mg
Of trest


After dinner will be 15mg of epistane and 20mg of DMZ
 
I have been playing with the doses. I'll see how I like this one most. So far I like:

Morning 25mg of trest, 20mg DMZ 15mg epi

Pre workout: 50mg of trest 20mg of DMZ

Dinner: 20mg of DMZ, 15mg of epistane (if I buy another bottle of trest im going to do 25mg with dinner too.)

I also bought more epistane. I got two bottle for 30$ so I'll be upping Epi to 45mg a day next week. Also increasing cycle assist.
 
I almost committed suicide via squat rack. Back pumps had me thinking I wasn't going to be able to walk back to my car
 
I did 4 sets of 12 with 275. PR.

Then dropped and did 225 for a set of fifteen and then tried to do a second set made it to ten then racked the weight and laid on the floor hahhaaa

Not gonna lie everyday I feel like I'm noticeably packing on more beef. This was after leg day too.

looking good bro, back pumps are a b**ch! im gonna have to get taurine for sure on my next cycle cause I get em without ph's as it is! glad your making progress and you look like your packing on some beef, I been feeling the same on my little cycle lol big love n respect always KEEP ON DRIVING!
