Tomorrow I'm pinning tren e with my tren ace until the ace is gone because I have two vials I am going to go ahead and run. I plan on bumping the tren e to around 550-600mg a week and see how that goes, since I have been on 500mg for a little while now. I have all my precautionary drugs on hand so sides shouldn't be to bad, I have been bumping fairly slow

You will need a little more e remember you lose some to the ester ethanate you get like 70mg for every 100. Ace you get like 83mg for every 100. So at 500mg you be getting like 65mg less

Thank you, I didn't know that. I will pin about 300mg twice a week
 
Shazeez you've inspired me to do my first pinning run. 6 weeks of dmz to kick it off and 15 weeks test e at 500 throughout!
 
So I have been doing one body part for session. And damn DOMS out the ass. I have never been this sore in awhile but I am brutalizing each muscle group these session. It gives me a chance to reshape my body and work on the weaker muscles. I'm enjoying it actually
 
Pinned 1.4ml of tren ace and 1.5ml of tren e. Hold on tight pony boy. When this tren e kicks in it's going to be a wild ride
 
Weighed in at 236lbs today. That is about 4lbs away from my target weight.

I did get a little fatter but I still have some what of a flat stomach. Here is a picture of where I am at before I cut down on the calories . Been at 4200 calories a day with no cardio
