Going on a little vacation in three weeks so I'm going to add cardio to my routine. To start I will probably stick with 20 mins on the bike or rower
 
Since it's Memorial Day the gym closed at 12. So I think I'm going to do a home workout with what I got and do some cardio and core today.
 
Sorry I was thinking about what that one guy said about me earlier and kind of getting fired up again and angry.

But to the new people. I got pretty badly injured playing collegiate rugby and another outside injury and tore my ACL in my knee, damaged my meniscus and tore my labrum in my shoulder. So I was out and pretty limited for almost a year and got pretty fricking small being a 190-200lb athlete and dropping down to almost 170lbs post surgeries and PT.

I actually got back up to my precious weight all naturally and didn't run any cycles until I was 100% again.


Anyone who has read my old logs.... Sorry for beating a dead horse. :P

Leg day today. Think I'm going to do a yates84 workout. I have been changing my routine weekly just trying to switch things up.

It was definitely a nice change of pace!
 
Oh shazeezee mentioned he may finish with a new compound but hasn't said yet and the deetz (details) truck was honking for some info :) I'm just being stupid...

So yeah shazeezee - make with the info bro!
Details!!!! Now I get deetz.....I'm slow.
