I'm on tren and superdrol but somehow my appetite is higher now than before, not lower. Im not complaining.

I'm getting strong as f*ck, man. Feeling the tren already too, veins poppin, definition, always pumped. I've also gotten aggressive as hell and I can be irritable if I don't watch it
However I have jumped up 3-5ish pounds in the last week.

lmao for sure. hey question for you guys, this may be just my genetics cause my dad is ginger with red hair and mom is Italian with black/brunette hair, anyhow the past couple weeks ive noticed my hair has gotten significantly darker, face and head, and I'm wondering if you guys have experienced the same from possibly running, again this could just be genetics cause my hair has darkened a little growing up, but lately it just seems like it got ReALLY dark all the sudden..

I did chest today. I was at least 1 rep stronger on my incline at 275

But there is a huge noticeable difference not being on dbol anymore pre workout. Just didn't have as much rage
 
Workout today
-Incline 3 sets of 225 for 12
Then 2 sets with 185
For as many as I could get then drop the 25's and 135 for as many

Bench flat press 4 drop sets
185 -165 -135 around 12 reps at each weight


Cable decline press with push-ups
4 sets
15 presses then 15 push-ups

Machine fly
5 sets of 15

Dumbbell curls
50's for ten each arm
50s for ten each arm
40's for ten each
40's for ten
35's for ten each


Then a few miles on the bike.

700 EQ

Gains are showing daily now that **** is on full blast
 
Did back today

Behind the head pull downs wide grip super set with wide grip pull ups.
5 sets.
15 on the pull downs
10 on the chin-ups

Barbell rows
3 sets of 15 with 185 overhand grip
3 sets of 15 with 185 underhand grip

One arm cable rows
5 sets of 15 each arm set at 120lbs

Reverse flies
5 sets of 90 for 15 reps nice and slow pause each rep

Now this is where i think my pre workout kicked my ass into gear

Skull crushers on inclined bench
5 sets of 15 with 115lbs
With push ups in between
And man I was ****ing pumped and getting it full intensity grunting not giving a ****

Then I super set leg raises with dips
12-15 dips
15 leg raises
For 5 sets

Then I did 20 minutes of cardio.


feeling the ****ing gains man
 
I had the best shoulder day of my life.

Overhead dumbbell press of a Greek god.

I did 80's for fifteen without struggling

90's for 12

95's for 7

100 for 5 and I started to pass out and dropped the weight hahahaha I was with my old mate and he was getting me ****ing pumped so I pushed past limits


And damn I looked like a ****ing animal shoulder pressing what most people can't even flat press
