Currently weight last night 218lbs. I’m natty, 55 years old and will only be using my standard supplements during this.
Currently hitting a full body workout, 3 days a week. averages 2hrs.
I have never used a glucose disposal agent. Let’s see how it goes.
Got this in Saturday 12-29-2018
I have been hammering the carbs and started using it when i got it. I have only taken one after each high carb meal. wanted to see how it affects me.
No problems to report. after 2 days it keeps the fullness and food coma's down. (will use as directed on the bottle from hear out)
so far:
Homemade yeast cinnamon rolls (2 large pans) heavy on the butter, cinn. and sugar, Ham and beans w/ cornbread. (leftover Christmas ham)
I'm a pretty heavy carb eater compared to most of the ripped guys on this forum.
I will not be changing my eating habits to see if this makes a difference.
