Does Yohimbine have any (unwanted) side effects?
L-dopa + antihistimine = Long night of fun!
also, if you're a little quick the first time around:
I believe prolactin determines how long you need to wait between "sessions", supersap and Mucuna Pruriens (l-dopa) will aid in lowering prolactin and giving you the opportunity to go again much sooner...revovery time between rounds is greatly improved.
would u take it daily, or on days you know your gonna get it in.....and how do would you dose the l-dopa?
Would Diphenhydramine (i.e. Benadryl) be effective for this purpose?
Yep, only problem with Benedryl is the heavy drowsiness, which is fine if you plan on passing out after the deed is done. I find Zyrtec in the afternoon is the best thing for me and I only take it a couple days a week when chances of "play" are high.
how much l-dopa?
I usually take just one capsule of NOW's Dopa Mucuna, not sure how much that is though at the moment.

I'm married so "passing out after the deed" is pretty much how it goes anyway...LOL

so by using one cap daily of this mucuna and a loratadine before sex you last how much longer compared to when you don't use it?
i used an anti histamine and it makes a great difference for me
do you cycle mucuna? and are there alternatives for anti histamine (herbal)?
hmm seems every time i talk about sex supplements it turns into ed discussion. not tryin to diss anyone but im talking about what helps you keep back your first load. if i try for a round 2 im just not as into it so i just want round 1 to last a long time. i have said before a while ago that any opiate will let you f**** your brains out for hours with no finish but i eventually want to finish lol
How useful is Quercetin? For those having high hsitamine levels - it is touted as being an herbal histamine regulator.
What do antihistamines have to do with stamina. How does it work?
Would something like Clairiton work?
The only real way to increase stamina is to increase seritonin, like with an SSRI, such as lexapro, starting with the minimal dose...approach your primary care provider saying you need more stamina, you'll have a script before you finish your explanation
Also google SSRI sexual side effects
Still waiting on someone "in the know" to explain how an anti-histamine will increase stamina
don't anti-histamines block production of test?
yes, they decrease lh
yes, they decrease lh
you have some studies or links about this?
look at advanced pct by anabolic extreme. they include histamine in their pct product to increase test production. so a anti-histamine would have the opposite effect. read the write up on apct for yourself.
(*note - anti-histamines, commonly used for seasonal allergy and illness, lower testosterone levels by an inverse mechanism and should be avoided during PCT when possible.)
I will admit that it most likely does not decrease lh, rather it decreases your leydig cells ability to respond to lh.
