Hey Guys,
I am 45, in good health, not on TRT and I hvae divorced recently after living with my exwife for more than 20 years, honestly I still love her and it was trauma for me and still is to move on.
I am good looking guy so there is always interest from girls, the whole life I was obsessed with sex and even recently was no problem to have sex 2x daily without any supplements or so, with my exwife also erection was immediately.
But right now my confidence after all what happened and also because some other girls left me is pretty low and last time when I had sex with 2 girls I had ED issues, it was first time I have experienced something like this, I was pretty nervous from this girl and I could not even focus on her, my anxiety was through the roof.
What can I do? Yes Cialis is a choice, do you have some side effects from even low dose like 5mg?
What about other possibilities? Tried hypnotherapy but no results, right now I take pycnogenol and bulgarian tribulus, it works but dont have that high sex drive as I used to have few months ago, still afraid what will happened with another girl.
Psychotherapy or any other treatment, because I see many things are in head...thanks

I haven't ever (knock on wood) had to fight that battle but when my ex and I split after 20 years I did deal with some pretty crippling panic/anxiety attacks and it just took time to heal. I would only consider medicating as a last resort because sometimes the cure is worse than the disease in this case. My panic attacks were bad enough that loud noises and too much stimulation would bring them on and if they went full bore they'd knock me out, I'd sleep for hours afterwards. I had my brother take me to the ER one time because I thought I was having a heart attack... I wasn't, my resting heart rate at the ER was like 47. It was all in my head. Took about 3 months for them to die down, then I would get one occasionally for about 2 years. I haven't had one now in years...

For the libido + stress, ashwaganda might be a good option. I have taken this as a natural booster for gym performance but believe it ramped up the libido as well. It's one of my favorites though for me, to create an aggressive mentality in the gym naturally.

Keep something in mind, libido is the urge to have sex but it has nothing to do with getting an erection. If someone already has the urge/desire to have sex but is having ED issues then increasing libido won't do anything.

Ppl almost always use the word libido when there having ED but they are 2 completely different things.

Now, if the ED is not a physical problem and it's a mental problem then stress reduction may help, there's a lot of brain chemicals involved with erectile function.

I can’t recommend cialis enough. It fixes most ED issues, helps prostate health, and heart health. A lot of people add it in to an anti-aging stack even if they have no ED issues. Highly highly recommend. As far as other performance issues, regardless of any panic I might have, a BJ usually fixes everything lol.

yup yup, fair enough and good point. I do recall one time after I had bought a second business (gym) and was running myself ragged burning the candle at both ends my wife and I drove 3hrs to a winter cabin escape, got to the cabin and there was no way I was going to be performing. we took a nap, woke up and went 3 times lol. I don't understand ED enough to give advice there outside of the libido but I do understand stress, divorce, and anxiety so those are the only aspects of his issues I can really speak to from experience.

lol probably easier to ask the wife for a "prefunk" but might be a little more anxiety inducing to ask a new girl for the same supplemental pre-workout treatment lol

Age is probably a factor, but I feel like most females around 40 hit a seccond sexual peak and if there into the guy they start you off with some bj action because they know the benifits lol.

Or if you drink then play the bar scene a little. Most chicks are more likely to go down after a few drinks 🤷.

Just don't be the weird sober guy looking for drunk girls, that's just creepy

It is only mental, but it has strong influence on me right now, struggle with anxiety and depression for years and divorce increased these mental issues, will try adaptogens

I have never tried ed meds because I have never needed, was always ready...what about priapismus, if I will take I will start only with 5mg.....but can I take it inconsistently so only when needed?

I take 20mgs every other day. I also take viagra sometimes. I have a need for neither but I take cialis for heart health with the side effect of better erections and viagra for way better erections. Never had even a concern about it not going down. 5mgs a day would be a perfect start but if you want to go through an actual company, I can’t recommend bluechew enough. It’s a chewable blue tablet and I think it’s 9mgs which is perfect for 1) heart and 2) extra erectile confidence.

3 day half life, if you're taking 20 mg every other day, after a few weeks you regularly have 100 mg of Cialis in your system which is not going to do you any more benefit than just taking 5 to 10 mg every other day. It's going to build up and reach peak concentrations so you're kind of just flushing your stash down the toilet at this point

I totally agree but I have 20mg capsules mixed with filler so… I don’t have the best option with dosing. Will not be purchasing again.

Ya, what is priapism?
When your ween gets hard and doesn’t stop being hard (after 4 hours) so you have to go to the hospital and have it drained with a needle

You probably got a better chance of winning the lotto than getting that side effect

It happens but definitely not at 5mgs lol I mean some people get it taking trazodone which is prescribed for sleep/anxiety

“Experts estimate that in total, only about 0.73 cases of priapism occur per 100,000 men every year.” So more than the lottery (depends which one) but still uncommon
